Profile;
Patrick worked with Whelan Corcoran Smith since 1997 and with WCA Architects since its inception in 2011. He has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from residential, educational, retail, commercial, healthcare etc. and he is responsible for developing and maintaining our in-house information technology installations. He has amassed enormous knowledge in relation to the Building Regulations, Fire Safety and Disability Access legislation. Patrick has attended specialised courses on the subject of access for all and he has responsibility within the practice for, inter alia, compliance matters in relation to Disability Access legislation.
